Full program description
This program contains foundational resiliency training as well as profession-focused training relevant for professionals working as a First-Responder, Emergency Medical Technician, or in Law Enforcement. Participants will build on their knowledge of resiliency as well as practical applications for self-awareness, risk, and protective factors.
This program features approximately eight hours of self-paced training over eight modules. Each module will end with a mastery self-check. The program will conclude with a self-assessment and will provide CEUs.
